GALVANIC LINES

Galvanic lines are used in the complete cycle of to surface preparing and electroplating. There are different variants possible to place the processed part (suspension, drums, baskets). 

Galvanic lines can comprise following elements:

•          Baths of different intended use
•          Power suppl
•          Operating platforms
•          Manipulators
•          Control units
•          Support equipment (tables, workbenches, dryers)
•          Ventilation systems, aspiration and pollution abatement systems
•          Recirculated water systems.

Lines can be divided according to the way to move the processed parts into following types:

• Manual
• Mechanized
• Semi-automaticе
• Robotized.

Baths, local suctions and airways are made from different thermoplastic materials (polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene fluorid (PP, PE, PVC, PVDF etc.)) according to the operating conditions or it can be used composite as  polypropylene with PVDF-lining.
