Gas coolers
In cases, when in gaswashers (scrubbers) ChimVent «UralActiv»Ltd. performing the process of gases purification with high temperature more than 75 degrees C, here uses the gas coolers manufactured by «UralActiv»Ltd.(picture 1)
The cooling of gas flows in gas cooler ChimVent to required parameters is performed with abundant irrigation with thin-sprayed circulation(here with a significant temperature of difference flowing)water.
The main components and parts of gas coolers are made with chemically resistant and heat resistant stainless steel AISI 321, AISI 430, AISI 304, AISI 321, AISI 310S, AISI 316Ti, AISI 316L, AISI 201.
Gas coolers ChimVent
- are complete designed with both horizontal and vertical scrubbers ChimVent
- can be installed both on the air intake directly from the operating equipment and in front of the scrubbers (picture 2)
- can be manufactured both with built-in cooling tanks, and with stand-alone
- laid to project on the principle of cooling gas as the streaming water and with recycling water (possibly with an additional water cooling tank)
- as a default mode the gas coolers made of stainless steel AISI 321, as the most universal material.
Selection of industrial gas cooler
For best selection of ChimVent gas coolers, the customer will be need to answer a number of basic questions, according the required model of gas cooler and regarding the expected conditions of their functioning, including the characteristics of the air-gas mixture (AGM):
- required capacity of cooling AGM, м3/ч
- designed temperature parameters of AGM at the inlet and outlet of the air duct system, оС
- temperature cyclical changes of AGM
- chemical composition of AGM
- brief description of the process of formation AGM
- chief dimensions for equipment
- trade mark of stainless steel which foresee in project
- shift-working arrangements of technical equipment and etc.
