Demisters from polypropylene
Process of de-entrainment is widely used in the industries where the air washing is necessary from measured vapors and drops of liquid, in steamers, gas washer columns, galvanic lines etc. Due to bends of profile in the demister’s constriction the drops are stricken on the profile surface, settled on the surface and after they flow down.
Used coagulator is placed between profile elements that even the smallest drops will increase and separate on the demisters of second level. The profile can be made from polypropylene or polyvinylchloride. The resistance is 300 – 450 Pa depending on air flow rate.
