Manufacturing materials
- polypropylene (PP, gray);
- low pressure polyethylene (HDPE, black).
The tapered cap provides greater rigidity than flat caps.
The conical removable lid is attached to the tank flange with stainless steel fasteners. On the lid there is a branch pipe for filling the container. Additionally, various branch pipes and automation equipment can be placed on the lid.
The tapered welded cover is equipped with an inspection hatch with handles for easy maintenance.
These materials have good resistance to aggressive environments with a high degree of chemical activity, and are absolutely environmentally friendly and can be used in the food industry (food and grain crops).
HIMTENK tanks are subject to mandatory strength and stability tests in accordance with the DVS 2205 standard (Deutsche Verband fuer Schweissen - German Welding Union).
The design of tanks is carried out in compliance with the norms of the Russian Federation and the recommendations of the DVS 2205 standard. HIMTENK's own calculation program according to DVS standards allows you to quickly calculate and select the optimal wall thickness.
