Polypropylene mixers for tanks

We manufacture polypropylene mixers for tanks and reactors of various configurations.

In this case, the mixer steel frame is completely sheathed with polypropylene.

Design and construction of a mixer which manufactured with polypropylene for mixing aggressive media (suitable for mixing liquid media with a pH of 1-12):

-Mixer blades – made of polypropylene or steel sheathed with polypropylene

-Shaft - polypropylene or black circle or stainless steel pressed into a polypropylene pipe

-Motot-reductor. Class of protection: IP54, general industrial design, rigid fastening of the mixer to the gear housing through a key connection.
