Description

Pressure damping chambers are special containers or tanks manufactured of different materials, which are intended for damping the flow of accumulated waste water, the regulation of their inflow distribution trays. Receiving chamber can be placed before Sewage Pumping Station, or between it and the city sewer pipes. Similar containers can be inbuilt directly into the Sewage Pumping Station, or be separated, placed in direct proximity to it in a separate building. Given the fact that the construction of separately located receiving chambers is connect with additional expenditure, they are often equipped directly in the building of Sewage Pumping Station.

How does functioning the receiving chamber in the Sewage Pumping Station?

Flow proceeding into the tank and accumulating sewage in them, they reach a certain level, ensuring the work of the float relay. Thus there is a start working pumps that pumping fluid. After then when the liquid level dropped to the required range the same relay is activated, but only at the same time it providing the opposite effect - it switch off the pumps. Upon that, more often than not the relay can be controlled manually. Manual controlling is used if there are low flow drains and filling the receiving chamber takes a long time.
